Artsana UK looked to bring their telecommunications up to the 21st Century as they embarked on a major relocation strategy that would see a single location spread across two new sites, 200 miles apart.

They needed the two sites to still interact as if it were in one location, for their employees but most importantly for their customers…

Customer service is at the forefront of the Chicco operation where anything less than exceptional just isn’t good enough, therefore the relocation had to be effectively project managed with the perfect communication solution.

Implementation

Full project management was specified from the start and Midland Telecom strives to complete the work on schedule and within budget. This was a two phased process to ensure minimal disruption to the business operation.
